Atyrau Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation National Company JSC was established on the basis of the decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 26, 2010, by separating the New Decade from New economic growth - New Opportunities of Kazakhstan” and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2010 No. 266 “On the Issues of Social-Entrepreneurial Corporations”.

JSC “NC“ SEC “Atyrau” passed the state registration in the bodies of justice on May 11, 2010. Registration of the issue of authorized shares of the Company was carried out on May 5, 2011. The authorized capital of the Company is 13,371,466,000 tenge.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property" social-entrepreneurial corporations are endowed with the status of "National Company", in accordance with which the Company is included in the list of national companies approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2011. No. 376.

Atyrau Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation is a commercial organization that manages state assets transferred to it (land plots, subsoil use rights, movable and immovable property) by effectively using them for profit, which should be used to finance commercial and social projects.

The main goal of the Company is to promote the economic development of the Atyrau region by consolidating the public and private sectors.

The main tool for promoting the development of entrepreneurship is the Company's participation in joint projects with private business on the principle of public-private partnership to enhance business activities and increase the investment attractiveness of small and medium-sized businesses in the region.
