This investment project (the "Project") plans to build a plant for the production of silicate bricks from fly ash from local state district power plants with a capacity of 100 million units in the Pavlodar region. bricks.
The purpose of the Project is the utilization and deep processing of man-made waste and the concomitant reduction in the level of environmental pollution. The construction of the plant is planned within the administrative boundaries of the village. Solnechny, Ekibastuz district, Pavlodar region in close proximity to the source of raw materials, ash dumps of JSC "Station Ekibastuz GRES-2". The average collection of ash from this power plant is about 1 million tons per year. For the production of 100 million units. bricks will require about 350 thousand tons of ash annually.
The plant will consist of two production blocks with a total area of 39,800 sq. m and auxiliary facilities with a total area of 62,600 sq. m.
The initiator of the project is APATIT LLP, established in 2015. The management of APATIT LLP has experience in launching a plant for the production of mineral fertilizers, a plant for the production of building products from sand and gravel.
- Growing demand. Over the past five years, there has been a positive trend in the volume of the construction industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which by 2021 has reached 5.5 trillion tenge. - Low cost. Location next to the power plant reduces the overall cost of electricity. The use of secondary steam from the GRES for the operation of the autoclave section will make it possible to eliminate capital expenditures for the construction of individual boiler houses. Automation of production with the use of MKV technology 5y$1et5 Stbn will reduce labor costs (no more than 50 staff members).
For the implementation of the Project, financing in the amount of 29,851 thousand US dollars is required (100% investor participation).
